A CHERISHED JOURNEY
Our journey started in the early 1980s by respectable Chairman | 1980 | Mr. P Vasu. He hails from a small town called Vilakkottur, Kannur district from the state of Kerala, India. He ventured into the Gulf region with limited resources in the early 80s. | 1980 | Mr. Vasu arrived in Lima, Sultanate of Oman, and started work at a construction site, beginning his legendary Gulf journey. | 1984 | He started a small shop in Lima to fulfill the basic needs of the local Arabs. | 1995 | After his success in Lima, as a great visionary, he started a small business in the food industry and ventured into Dibba al Baya, Oman. With successful ventures in Lima and Dibba al Baya, and enormous affection and support from the local Arabs, he finally planned to enter the UAE market. | 2000 | He started a retail shop in Dibba, Al Fujairah. With a strong history of two decades behind us, | 2000 | Shemeena Trading LLC was formed and has since been a trusted household name in Dibba Fujairah as an affordable household and departmental store. The local business has been overwhelmingly successful. | 2018 | The 2-floor business in Dibba Al Fujairah was expanded to 25,000 sq. ft. and renovated into a family shopping center. | 2024 | This marked another milestone for the company as an additional branch was opened at Al Fujairah Mainland-MADHAB.

Mr. Puthukkudiyil Vasu our honorable chairman has been at the helm of Shemeena Trading LLC, guiding the organization with a vision rooted in innovation & excellence. With over three decades of experience in this industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and success.

Vikas P Vasu having an Engineering background and Sunil Babu AP having 30 years of experience in the same industry becomes a powerpack team combination to steer the company to soar high. They are the driving force of our business. We can see the same zeal of our mentors in them; giving high priority towards the satisfaction of our customers. They are working together to enter new markets, build new landmarks, deliver more value for your money, achieve greater glory, and touch the lives of more and more customers and will continue to do so.
